Hard to believe I just celebrated my 4th Easter at the Cathedral of St. Paul. When I was "On the Road" with NET - we went as a team to the Easter Vigil - and I have been going back ever since.
The Easter Vigil is perhaps one of my favorite liturgies of the year - with the lighting of the candles in the pitch black Cathedral, bringing in the light of Christ. I wish I could have taken a picture inside as the lighting was happening. As all the lights were out, it was still a little light outside and the stained glass windows looked more beautiful than I had ever seen before.
